How do they fit?
The last of all La Botte Gardiane models is French and therefore slightly narrow. Here is my advice:
Annematt loafer - order 1 size larger than your normal size
Bottines ankle boots suede - Narrow & 'average feet' = order your normal size as the suede is very soft so the boots will quickly adapt to your feet. In case you have a high arch or wide feet; please order half a size larger.
Bottines ankle boots pony hair - please order half a size larger.
French size 38 = UK 5, size 39 = UK6, etc
Zespa Aix-en-Provence sneakers fall quite large; if you are a size 38.5 you can take Zespa size 38. Please use our SIZETABLE to be more precise.
Materials
All materials used are of high quality and we try to use as much 100% naturally tanned leather for the shoes as possible. Better for the environment and better for yourselves! The lack of chemicals in the leather provides for better 'breathing'.
All soles are made of leather with an added 'patin' - a rubber to protect the sole. The Annematt loafer has smooth leather soles.
Oh no - grease on my suede!
If this happens, try adding little bit of vinegar to the stain, and gently brush with a toothbrush.
Size not available?
In case your size indicates 'Sold Out' at the drop-down list, you can reserve a pair by sending an email (info@bottines.nl). We get delivered on a regular basis.
Large of small size? Made to Measure
BOTTINES offers the possibility of ordering 'extra wide' or in non regular sizes like 35 (UK2) or size 42-46 (UK8-12) on special order. For more information = info@bottines.nl

BOTTINES has the exclusive rights to the shoeline of La Botte Gardiane for The Netherlands, and sells via this webshop and pop-up stores in Holland. Due to a move to New York, there will be no pop-ups until September 2025.
Shipping outside The Netherlands?
Yes we do! BOTTINES' estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country.
Shipping within The Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders over €100. For smaller orders, a shipping fee of €5,- is added at check-out. Shipment fees to other countries differ per country and are automatically added at check-out.
We aim to deliver all orders in the Netherlands and Belgium within 2 to 3 business days, but many other countries are eligible for next-day and two-day delivery. Your products will be delivered through high-end courier services like DPD, Post NL and DHL. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package.
